Simply Mapping the SPM into a PCI address range would not make it a PCI
device. Besides, the SPM is simulated by using the standard ram component in
Simics and it is really hard to convert it into a PCI device. The SPM is
going to be an unified addressed buffer with main memory. Handling it like a
PCI device seems to be obscure and far away from its original intention.

I am considering to add it into the OBP(Openboot Prom) by hand...if it
works?  Any suggestions?
