[driver-usb] SATA controller suggestion

Hello, for what it is worth, we acquired an Addonics ADSA3R5-E, based on the 
Sil3124 controller, and it seems to work quite nicely with a couple of WD 
VelociRaptors connected, and an e-sata port used for an OCZ Throttle e-sata/USB 
memory stick.
