Update: We just installed SRSS 4.1, and it seems to have solved all of our USB 
problems.  The Remote Hotdesk Authentication (RHA) addition in 4.1 brings a 
tear of joy to my eye.  It seems that the 'temporary authentication session' of 
RHA ensures USB devices are attached to the proper head after hot-desking.
