Hi Louis,

First, you must remove the SUNWural package you have installed from 
OpenSolaris
website (it's clear stated only works on build 105 and previous 
version), and restore
the ural driver with OpenSolaris 09.06 live cd.

Then,
# update_drv -a -i '"usb148f,3070"' ural

It should work for you.
