I'm attempting to boot my Acer AS3810T-6827 from a
USB flash stick. I understand that the IOMMU is a problem,
but I can work around that with `immu-enable=false'.

There's apparently also a USB problem. When I boot with
`-B immu-enable=false -kdv', the last few lines on the
screen are:

    /fw/cpu at 1 (cpudrv0) online
    pseudo-device: dld0
    dld0 is /pseudo/dld at 0

It hangs at that point. When I boot it with
'-B immu-enable=false,disable-ehci=true',
it goes into maintenance mode like this:

Requesting System Maintenance Mode
(See /lib/svc/share/README for more information.)
Console login service(s) cannot run
Enter user name for system maintenance mode (control-d to bypass): _

Is there anything I can do to debug this problem further?
