If this patchset hasn't already been applied, then please redo it.
I didn't catch that because the VISORCHANNEL_CHANGE_CLIENT_STATE macro is never used. Because of that, it still builds.

Greg has already applied it to his tree, but I will remove the VISORCHANNEL_CHANGE_CLIENT_STATE macro in a new patch.
