Really there is just a lot of misc clean up work to do. Get rid of forward declarations. Many of the function names are not sensible. There are small indenting mistakes. DIGI_CONCENTRATORS_SUPPORTED stuff is dead code and needs deleted. dgap_remove_one() should be implemented I think?
