Get rid of VISORCHIPSET_ADDRESSTYPE and replace it with enum
visorchipset_addresstype. Fix CamelCase names:

ADDRTYPE_localPhysical => ADDRTYPE_LOCALPHYSICAL
ADDRTYPE_localTest => ADDRTYPE_LOCALTEST

Update all references to changed names.
