Add some missing space to quiet the checkpatch.pl issues about:

CHECK: spaces preferred around that '/' (ctx:VxV)
CHECK: spaces preferred around that '*' (ctx:VxV)
CHECK: spaces preferred around that '+' (ctx:VxV)

For aesthetics, use tabs instead of spaces in all the defines and

ensure they have common alignment.
