Fix a couple of problems in the external_ai_queue_in_use() function. Patch 1 reverts a patch that turns out to be bogus, although it did mask a null pointer deference problem fixed by patch 2. Patch 2 fixes an inverted test that has been wrong since before Comedi was imported into the kernel, and could result in a dreaded null pointer dereference in some circumstances.
