innobase_stats_on_metadata disables ANALYZE

is only used for Analyze command in Drizzle and shouldn't even be used for that.
1849.1.3: lbieber 2010-10-14 [merge] Merge Travis - changing struct to C++
classes

struct 'st_irem' to c++ class and renamed it 'irem'. Also added constructor,
and made the changed name consistant in my_static.cc
