This is heading to Launchpad as well.
Function cleanup:
1) Like Fields, break function classes up into functions in function/
2) Write plan to make UDF native like. Have two hashes like today, but
make UDF hash dynamic based on load.
Optional:
Write test case to find out of gen_lex_hash is any faster then the GNU
hash utility.
