The distros have been ticked at me for naming all of the libmemcached
utilities memc_* and have pretty much universally expressed a with
that I would have named them memcache_*
It is the namespace issue. BTW for any utilities that we are not
distributing for the make install, I have a preference that we do not
prefix them (I am lazy... I want tab completion to work in one stroke).
