Hi!
Drizzle is now UTF-8 by default. I am working on getting some tests to
confirm behavior (turns out there were none for the main server!).
I will be playing hack and slash around this for a bit. If you want to
give a hand, I would suggest asking on IRC about refactoring out some
of the functions found in mystrings/
