I started looking at this. I've got a few patches already... but still don't have it totally working.
In general, we need to remove "%llu" with "%"PRIu64 ... and the like, because of the whole long long -> stdint conversion. Right now I'm running in to an issue in log/log0recv.c with recv_calc_lsn_on_data_add.
