Ah, on this topic... Most annoying behaviors ever: 1) 'localhost' => socket (fixed, I think, since sockets are gone as I recall?) 2) -p means ask for a password if you don't supply one. Can we fix this and add a --askpass option instead? -p with no argument ought to mean empty password.
