This is not the same as the old patch I did for 3.23 (which is good!).
I suggested to Mark we adopt the Postgres syntax since it buys us some
level of compatibility with others. The reason for this is... queues :)
Reason for this? It is something we will be needing for network.com
and it will allow some older users of 3.23 to migrate (BTW this patch
was never placed in mainline MySQL).
