I vote for:
1. UTC_TIMESTAMP() - Descriptive function name 2. NOW() Documented as a synonym of UTC_TIMESTAMP(). This differs from MySQL functionality as Drizzle does not support TZ, but is included for general compatibility for most user cases 3. Kill the rest. FYI. I don't recall any clients using Timezones anyway, hence my comment for keeping NOW() for 90% compatbility.
