There are multiple problems with the parser. Some of the checks it
does should be done at a later state and I would love to see an actual
API on the tree it produces. For instance we have discussed removing
the parsed output for CREATE TABLE and just have the parser generate
the Table Proto directly (and same for DDL eventually). That way these
pieces are 1) Revisionable 2) Serializeable for wire transport.
