After much fussing around with lcov/gcov today, Monty and I were finally
able to get a full code coverage result for Drizzle, and I've uploaded
this to my website here:

As you can see, we're currently at 70.4% code coverage, so we've got a
ways to go, but at least we have a baseline now.
I'm working with Monty and Mike Shadle to automate pushing lcov results
up to the drizzle.org website along with a new doxygen build.
