Robert,

This is great!

Yesterday I registered a new Launchpad project under the Drizzle Umbrella
Project.
It is at the following URL:

https://launchpad.net/drizzle-cloud/

The "drizzle-cloud" project will address open cloud interoperability and
data integration problems, specifically, Drizzle integration with third
party frameworks and technologies emerging in the cloud. For example,
Distributed Management Task Force Open Cloud standards and technologies,
Cloud Computing Interoperability Standards and technologies. The main
project objective is to make Drizzle the most scalable and interoperable
database and data processing / data management platform, so that Drizzle
could be the obvious first open source choice for everything data related in
all kinds of clouds - public, private, and hybrid.

So far this launchpad project is a placeholder with several placeholder
blueprints.

Thanks.

Regards,
Alex Esterkin
