Like Brian mentioned, Tuesday isn't for "hiding anything"...just topics

interested with sitting in with Lee and myself on discussing my
performance review :P

That said, I greatly encourage getting in touch with Lee before our
meeting and telling him how great I am.

Hang on! If we're having folks contact Lee to tell him how great we are,
I want in on some of that action!!!

Lee, Jay and Monty rock. I should know, I hired one of 'em at MySQL some years back, but he rocks even more now!

But on performance reviews... I hate the suckers, as they're senseless. "performance" is an ongoing thing, if there's good stuff going on then people should get complimented at that time, and if there's anything wrong then that needs to be addressed quickly rather than wait until some magic date. And then, with a public project like Drizzle, most if not all aspects of "performance" are pretty much public things anyway, and happen continuously. Project-wise, it's as important that people work together well internally as well as externally.

So, if it were my gig, and the company insisted on a corporate perf.review anyway, it'd be a really short one (like less than a minute). Everything that needs to be covered would already have been handled in a timely manner, elsewhere. Easy. Done.
(Open Query is my gig of course, and we don't have performance reviews)

Cheers,
Arjen.
