"built" live in the mainline.. Or do they keep every plugin that has
an active maintainer in the mainline.
I think you would need aggressive enforcement of maintainers for each
plugin.. if you enforce that.. No maintainer or it goes.. rule then
you can.
So I don't think it's as big of a problem... but I guess there's only
one way to find out :)
