Hi all This is just to keep you updated on our progress in becoming an SPI associated project. The discussion period on the SPI mailing list is now over and the SPI Board is expected to approve Drizzle as an associated project, with your's truly appointed as the first project SPI liaison. The meeting is scheduled for Aug 10 at 20:30 UTC.

After we've been approved as associated project, I'll begin the process of transferring drizzle.org domain registration and other relevant "assets" to be legally owned by the SPI. This will probably involve a lawyer (working pro-bono for the SPI) and may take a few months.
