Hi Mohit I believe currently only the query_log plugin is fully dynamic. (...because it was writte by daniel.) All others are "always on" ie they activate at startup, and you usually need to restart drizzled to change configuration value. The point of the "make all plugins dynamic" blueprint is to make all plugins behave like query_log. (see also plugin/query_log/docs, it should explain how it behaves wrt this topic.)
