Hi all

Following our release today, and related to the fact that focus is now
turning to Greenlake series, I've created 2 new milestones on
launchpad:

Please target bugs and merges that should be part of next 7.1 release
to this milestone:
https://launchpad.net/drizzle/+milestone/7.1.33

Please target bugs, blueprints and merges that should go into
Greenlake (aka 7.2) to this milestone:
https://launchpad.net/drizzle/+milestone/7.2.0

Vijay, Mark: We should obviously use the above two as basis for next
releases. (Click above link, then click "Create Release".)

You can also target bugs and blueprints to the following milestones,
if you are not specifically aiming to get into the immediately next
Greenlake release:
https://launchpad.net/drizzle/+milestone/ongoing
https://launchpad.net/drizzle/+milestone/future

Those will never be released but are open forever. If we want to be
pedantic, all blueprints and bugs from the above two would eventually
be reassigned to the release that code was committed into.

With this move I'm also trying to abolish a few remnants of the old
"2012-03-24" style versioning scheme.

For Greenlake, now is a good time to discuss whether the next - ie the
first - release should be of type "-milestone" or already "-alpha".

I'm already sitting on the "make rpm" / "make deb" code that missed
the boat with 7.1, and another branch just has fully functioning
key-value json api (thanks to Mohit's contribution) so we could make
it an alpha, especially if the release is in May/June time frame and
has more complete features than just above two.

Background: With the new versioning scheme, pandora-build allows to
tag all releases with one of -stable, -rc, -beta, -alpha or
-milestone. If you do build a source tree that is not at the point of
a release tag, you will be automatically tagged as -snapshot.
Examples:
7.1.32-rc
7.1.33-stable
7.2.0-milestone
7.2.1-alpha
...
7.1.32.2552-snapshot <- non-release build
