Hold on...
If you're seeing that behaviour, then it's a bug. I've been gone for a week, so I'll get around to responding to all questions, but... drools is fully rete-enabled, included Join nodes that maintain a both a left and right input memory, allowing for complex, multiple conditions to be matched. There are probably bugs here'n'there, but I'm rapidly attemping to squish them. PLEASE: Use http://jira.werken.com/ to report any suspected bugs, so I can keep track of what needs work. -bob On Tue, 6 Aug 2002, John Pritchard wrote: > > hi again mahi, > > in its current version, the rules engine can only process > rules of one > condition, as one can only assert one fact at a time and > each fact is > simply propagated. there is no facility to hold onto > partially matched > rules for subsequent facts' assertion. > > john > > > > HI Danny > > I have a rule where in I declared 2 parameters of the types - Type1 > > and Type2. > > > > I tried asserting the objects of Type1 and Type2 separtately.
