Haven't tried it yet, but would love to hear whether there's been success 
running it over HTTPS without the ALPN JAR included in the boot classpath. 
ALPN under Java 1.8 is my single most annoying project dependency (because 
patch-revisions of 1.8.0 sometimes break it).
