Hello Jordan. From what version of Dropwizard did you upgrade to 1.0.0?

A quick scan of the jDBI
<https://github.com/jdbi/jdbi/blob/master/RELEASE_NOTES> and JDBC
<https://jdbc.postgresql.org/documentation/changelog.html> changelogs don't
indicate any obvious changes that would result in autocommit being
disabled. Knowing the specific version you migrated from could help narrow
down the changelog entries.
