Hello, I apologize for the trivial questions I am about to ask, Dropwizard is new to me. I quickly tried to look for answers it the formal documentation and i failed, maybe i should have looked harder in which case if you can kindly add references it will be greatly appreciated.
Can you please tell in term of Java what client certificate authentication (what validations will be executed) behind the scenes will happen when ' needClientAuth' is 'true' and 'endpointIdentificationAlgorithm' is 'none'? I am not sure what is the difference between 'wantClientAuth' and ' needClientAuth' (does the former means it is optional?)? If 'validatePeers' is 'false', can you please tell in term of Java what client certificate authentication will take place? Last question, how tomcat SSL configuration should be set if Dropwizard is used for SSL?
