I noticed two things about the example items you sent:
- spaces in the filenames that could be now rendered differently from your
glassfish => tomcat upgrade
- the DRI contains localhost:80 urls
http://192.203.127.197/archive/DRI/handle/123456789/838 which could mean
that you have dspace.url or dspace.dir parameter configured wrongly
somewhere.
