Hello there,

We are facing some problems displaying the records (databases) defined to
support some guides randomly, without a hint about the reason behind the
sudden disconnection. However, when you request these records to be fully
brought into an "All Items / Source" box, they come just fine.

Here are some examples:
With the English Literature Guide's database records displayed fine:
http://taibahu.maktabat-guides.com/subjects/databases.php?letter=bysub&subject_id=84

Where the Education Guide's databases records are showing no records:
http://taibahu.maktabat-guides.com/subjects/databases.php?letter=bysub&subject_id=78

where a message comes saying: Sorry, there are no results at this time.

However, all records defined to support the same guide, the Education Guide
in this case, are coming fine into the "All Items / Source" tab here:
http://taibahu.maktabat-guides.com/subjects/guide.php?subject=edu#tab-3

This issue is faced with several guides, as you can try to see some in this
page: http://taibahu.maktabat-guides.com/subjects/databases.php

The strange thing is that all records are displayed in the databases page
fine when we created the guide at first and added it to in its items
recods. As you keep adding content and editing the guide, all the sudden
the connection between the guide and its databases records are lost.
Furthermore, you edit one of these databases, ERIC (EBSCO) for example in
this case, to delete the Education guide and remove all references to the
database in the guide, then add the same guide again into the database, the
"no results" message still persists and no records can be found for that
guide. As if the guide record got corrupted and you have to re-create it
again. The problem is even if you create the same guide all over again, as
I actually did with Education Guide, the same problem occures again after
adding content to the guide!

Thank you for you providing us with some directions on where we can search
and we can do to fix this issue.

Thanks, Massoud.
