The query looks correct, when Flyway does the migration step from DSpace 4 to 5 schema in V5.0_2014.09.26__DS-15 82_Metadata_For_All_Objects.sql, metadatavalue.item_id should be renamed to metadatavalue.resource_id. The error says that there is no metadatavalue.item_id column. This looks like some migrations may have been run in a wrong order.
