Hi Olivier,

To completely rebuild the index you should use "./dspace index-discovery
-b".  This is documented in the Discovery maintenance guidelines here:
https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSDOC5x/Discovery#Discovery-DiscoverySolrIndexMaintenance
