Hernán, I'm not sure that I have a solution for you, but here's a few things you could try: 1) Try and run a single one of those items through the filter-media (by itself) by using the "-i [item-handle]" mode. That'd give you an idea of if the media-filter is working, but may just take a long time. Once a file is filtered, it won't be filtered again (unless you use the force mode, -f). So, if you get these to successfully filter once, then they will be skipped afterwards 2) If the filtering isn't working, try checking your dspace.log files for errors reported there. If the errors don't make sense, send them to this mailing list and someone here can try to help. 3) If it's not working for these larger items, you could take a more drastic step of skipping them (using the "-s [list of handles]" mode). This isn't ideal, as it means those files won't be full text searchable, but it would let the filter-media process proceed with everything else in your DSpace site.
All these various modes are described in the documentation at https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSDOC5x/Mediafilters+for+Transforming+DSpace+Content Good luck, Tim On Mon, Mar 13, 2017 at 8:13 AM Hernan Carvajal < [email protected]> wrote: > Hi. > > Some of our items have attached some txt files, whose size is around 150 > MB.
