I did a dress up on DSpace 6.0 jspui. See if anyone like it. Here is a list of change I made: - Material Design Bootstrap theme port. - Show a Carousel instead of regular banner on home page (default-header.jsp). - A new default-footer.jsp - Moved help popup form main navbar to footer. - Added a new page with link in main navbar. - Change the home layout to more like the xmlui(two columns). - I really like the thumbnails showing of recent submissions in xmlui, so I pull that out for jspui. - Visual twisting left and right on different jsp files. One thing I didn't do or not yet implemented: - I didn't change the theme under submission and admin. Submission forms under new theme are not looking good without adjustment. Many components there are written in servlet custom tags. Once I make change to the servlets, it's no longer consider a standard DSpace with jsp customization. So I leave it as it is for now, nothing wrong with the good old default Bootstrap theme for admins and submitters. Any suggestion, advice and comment are highly welcome. Thank you!
