This really might be an amazing opportunity for projects like Dspace. If the platform was able to match what BePress has been doing with law reviews/journals I think you'd see lots of law schools moving from Digital Commons to Dspace simply out of principle. Elsevier purchased SSRN (the hosting platform for social science working papers) last year so this recent acquisition is going to scare a lot of librarians and IR administrators working in legal education.
