Hello, DSpace Community! We have a Data Curation Librarian <http://careers.umich.edu/job_detail/147685/data_curation_librarian> position open right now at the University of Michigan. This is an important position for us not only in supporting our current services but in moving us forward to expand our reach and our capabilities. The Data Curation Librarian will be involved with all of our services but will have a particular focus on data sharing and preservation as the service owner of our Deep Blue Data repository, which is using Fedora, not DSpace.
If you know of anyone who would be a good fit for the position, please send them our way. I should note that while we are required to include the standard "ALA-accredited master's degree or equivalent combination of a relevant advanced degree and experience" statement, an MLS is NOT a requirement for the position and we would welcome recent PhDs to apply.
