Hello, check the policies for the item and the collection. During submission the policies for an item are derived from the settings of the collection: DEFAULT_ITEM_READ DEFAULT_BITSTREAM_READ so most likely these are set to something else than anonymous read. Note these settings only work during submission, changing them will have no effect on existing items. You may use the Advanced Wildcard Policy Admin Tool to change these.
