Hello Arlee, could you be more precise, with which version and UI are you working and where do you want to insert clickable hyperlinks? As for the landing page of an item, this is configurable e.g. for JSPUI https://github.com/DSpace/DSpace/blob/dspace-6_x/dspace/config/dspace.cfg#L1620 adding a metadata in the form schema.element.[qualifier](link) this will be displayed as a link in the item display.
