Hello,

That error seems to be thrown from Apache Web Server on port 80.  It's a
generic error that basically just says "Apache is down or not working right"

I'm not sure how the "liblivedvd" is setup (as we don't maintain that), but
it sounds like either Apache is not starting properly, or Apache is not
able to forward requests on to Tomcat/Jetty web server running on port
6060.  You also may want to try checking the Apache web server logs for
errors -- on Ubuntu, they tend to be at /var/log/apache2/
