Hi Diego, Yes, to reindex just a specific Collection, you should be able to use "index-discovery -i [handle-of-collection]". For a list of all the various commandline options, see the documentation at: https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSDOC6x/Discovery#Discovery-DiscoverySolrIndexMaintenance
