Hi Anna, Thanks for sending those specs. Do you have any more information on how you've been able to reproduce this error in your logs? Are you able to get it to occur by clicking on something specific in the user interface? Does it occur when you startup your site? Is there any odd behavior (or additional errors) that you see in your logs at the same date/time that the email is sent?
The more information we can gather around how/when this error occurs the better, as it'd help us be able to try to reproduce this on another system. If we can reproduce this, it makes it a lot easier for a volunteer developer to debug the problem and come up with a possible solution. Thanks!
