actually I meant asking the worldcat digital collection gateway,
Duraspace has nothing to do with it.
As Gerard pointed out you can register there allthough I think they
autoregister Data Providers, because we do receive summaries addressed
to the email provided in the OAI-PMH identify request.
And you are actually sure all the items are exposed via OAI-PMH?

you may check whether the data is exposed via your data provider, they can only
harvest what is there.
If the data is exposed you may just ask them.
