Good Afternoon All, We're testing out the Check Links in Metadata curation task on our DSpace 6.3 instance.
I have two questions. 1. Have people encountered and overcome issues with this curation task not completing when run over very large collections? For us the task is either timing out in the browser (sometimes early) or returning a server error after 60 minutes when run over a record collection that is greater than 40,000 items. It is successful on small collections of under 500 items. Is the failure due to size of the collection? An inability to sensibly list very large numbers of URL failures in a the admin dashboard? 2. Additionally, even for successfully run attempts at this curation task we get errors for URLs that are OK but suffered from timeouts or other connection issues when testing the links.
