Hello, DSpace doesn't support QR codes out of the box. I'm not aware of any way to get DSpace to generate QR codes. So, it'd likely require finding or building custom code to generate and display a QR code.
I wish I had better advice, but this is simply not a feature that DSpace provides. If you have other questions, let us know on this list.
