Hi Ranjit. That's the way SAFbuilder works. You have 2 options: 1- Modify SAFbuilder code to make it move files instead of copying them.
Or 2- Just split your millions of files in small batches. Once you imported them into DSpace (and checked that it is all OK) then you can delete your source files and all the folders and files that SAFbuilder created., freeing disk space. Then start a new batch and so on!. Regards.
