Has anyone had experiences with Plum X which is not working correctly? I'm 
new to Dspace and I have received an inquire regarding the number of 
downloads and abstract views. It seems the Plum X on our Dspace is not 
tabulating usage. For example, some articles on our Dspace still show the 
same number of downloads and views since last December. Some article sites 
show "No metrics available", but the authors' Research Gates provide the 
actual number of downloads. I have contacted the Plum X system team, but 
they have not solved this problem for over a month. Any ideas or 
suggestions ?
