Hi, Unfortunately, we don't have enough information to help you resolve this issue. Please pass along (to this list) any errors you are seeing when you attempt to download the PDF. Please also keep in mind that DSpace 7 is not yet production ready. Until 7.0 is released, you should expect to see occasion issues as it is still in active development.
