Dear All

When receiving a new submission in the pool, if the submitted file is a Word
and we would like to change it to PDF we have to approve the submission (with
the word file) and then go to the record, edit the Items bitstreams, remove
the word file and upload the PDF file.

Can't we edit the submission before approving it and change the file when
available in the pool, then approve the submission?

 Regards,

Sawsan Habre

(Data and Literature)

Hi,

Try to configure OAI contexts with specific filtering rules thas gives you the
desired output (in a similar way as the standard Driver and Openaire contexts)

for example:

https://digibug.ugr.es/oai/openaire2?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=oai_datacite
--> 19 records (only data records) Openaire 2 for data repositories
context at https://digibug.ugr.es/oai/openaire2

https://digibug.ugr.es/oai/request?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=oai_dc
53242 records (most of the repository content) General context at
https://digibug.ugr.es/oai/request

Best luck

Emilio

I am in charge of the administration of two institutional repositories. The
type of publications we want to make is both, data and literature.

The OAI-PMH of the repository already has both types of metadata registered
(datacite and dublin_core), however, I still cannot configure that some
communities (data) are repond via datacite and that some other communities
(literature) respond via dublin_core .

Currently
(http://[URL-TO-REPOSITORY]/oai/request?Verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=oai_datacite)
displays all the repository items, regardless of whether they are data or
literature, and of course it does so using datacite.

The same thing happens with
(http://[URL-TO-REPOSITORY]/oai/request?Verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=oai_dc),
unload all the items from the repository, regardless of whether they are data
or literature. In this case, using dublin_core.

What I would like is that in the first case, only the data communities respond
through datacite, while the literature communities do so through dublin_core.

I hope I have been as clear as possible with this explanation. If someone has
been through a similar situation, I would greatly appreciate your support to
know how they managed to solve it.

Without further ado for the moment, receive my best wishes.
Greetings.
